I work at a Grocery store on the west side of St. George. I have once in a while see the Food Truck parked in the parking lot. Its a long Blue Trailer. Good friendly service and great food.

This is by far the best barbeque I've had in a long time. I tried the boneless ribs and the bone in pork ribs, both were amazing. I also loved the Texas style sauce. Highly recommended and reasonably priced

Really good food I enjoyed it so much, almost as much as getting food from the truck itself. The owner was very kind and cool, and he's quite the cook. The food there was amazing, very well made and FULL of flavor! Thank you guys for opening up in my town.

Frank catered my husbands Birthday party. He is one of the friendliest kindest people you will ever meet. He invited me to try out his ribs(for free) before our party. He was punctual, and very responsive. We had the ribs and pulled pork and it was absolutely delicious!! We had people there from Texas and Nashville..they loved his BBQ!! His mac n cheese and beans we also outstanding. I would use him again without a doubt. THANKS Frank!!!

Excellent, I order the barbecue smoked chicken wing. The meat was very tender, and the falling off the bone. The chef’s honey spice barbecue sauce enriched the smoked flavors in the chicken. Well worth the price! This will be my Friday night take outs.Highly recommended to all Saint George’s population. You will love it GUARANTEED.

Amazing Food! Frank got it dialed in, amazing smoke flavor and fall off the bone Ribs. The brisket is amazing as well along with the chicken. Something special brewing here in St George!! We need good food like this here! I’ll eat lots of Franks food in the future! Good Eats!
